BAS - Brake Assistant error / please help
Hello guys,
The car is W203 - C220 CDI , year 2001.
A strange error pops up on the display which says BAS - brake assistant - visit workshop. The error is not consistent, when I start and start driving it pops up sometimes and during the next ride it might not pop up.
So we did a scan with Autocom and I have attached the report here. Under the brakes section are listed several errors which I am not familiar with.
The brakes act normally as I drive, we also checked the stop lights and they work as they should.
Could you please advise if I should be worried?
Thanks

MBWorld Fanatic!
Sounds like the brake switch under the pedal is dying, from the codes.
For steering angle sensor, try to turn the wheel lock to lock several times.
It might be more, but hopefully just these things.
