2002 c230 kompressor dash lights blinking
All the lights in dash appear and disappear at the same time, like blinking, Brake ( and the brake is not on ) , high beams (the high beams is not selected) , (low fuel) and it has more that a 1/4 , SOS and SRS too. I don't know what is the problem and I just recently change the battery.
Can anyone help me, what is wrong with the car. Please

I bet you blew your rear sam sadly. If you search on here you can read about the early w203's blowing rear sams when doing a battery change.
I assume you have checked all fuses and done the other basic troubleshooting?

I change the Clockspring, and the problem went away for couple of weeks, but the problem came back, not only the lights on the dash go on and off but when that is happening the electric windows are dead, they don't work either.
