Rough Idle :S

Hey all,

Im new here so bare with me. The issue i am having is the other day i was cleaning the throttle body hose and the throttle body chamber (i did not touch the butterfly valve!) then i saw oil near the cam sensors, so i taken one of the sensors out to see if the oil was coming through the sensor, which it was. i then connect the sensor back. (i removed the sensor from where the harness connects into the sensor, i did not remove the sensor from the engine). Now when i start the car it starts but the idle is rough for about 5 seconds and then the engine sounds fine. This was not happening after cleaning the throttle body as i started the car to see everything was ok, which it was. any thoughts on what it is? and how can i correct this idling issue?

i have a w203 with a m271 engine.

Regards,

Neel
