Belt noise driving me nuts - replaced everything. *Video*

A few weeks ago my AC Compressor failed. Around this time I noticed a mild squeak, before the compressor failed coming from the top idler pulley. When I took it to the shop to get the AC replaced they recommended I change the idler pulley. I said that I'd do it myself.
Once I got the car back with the new AC compressor, I replaced both idler pulleys, the belt, and the tensioner. Now the sound is worse and is a constant chirp chirp chirp.
The only original pulleys on the car are the power steering, crank, and alternator and all of them feel fine. I guess I should check the pulley alignment but I'm not even sure how it would have gotten misaligned and there is such little room in there to do it.
Anyone have any tips?

You can spray some silicone lube on the middle of the pulleys while to car is running. Try each one at a time, that will quiet the noise and tell you which pulley is the culprit if it's an issue with the pulleys.
But to me It seems like it's a periodic noise that happens about once per revolution of the belt which tells me there's might be something stuck to the belt or some sort of imperfection in the belt itself.

Hmm. Interesting point about the belt noise.
I put the old belt back on, and the noise disappeared...for now. The noise is only present when the engine is cold and it was still a little warm when I replaced the belt. I'll wait until morning to see if it happens again. I hope this cures it!
