Question about Bose amplifier in W203 Facelift
Hello fellas.
I have Mercedes W203 facelift with normal audio. I find Bose speaker /front, rear and subwoofer/. I mount the speaker without subwoofer because i not have a amplifier. But those days i find the amplifier but its from W202 and my question is, can you use this amplifier with my W203 and all speaker include subwoofer? Thanks.
P.S. I know my model its a Harman/Kardon audio, not Bose, but its very expensive and hard to finding.

Bose will be very hard/costly to retrofit just go aftermarket. You will need a w203 bose amp and have to wire it into the fiber loop which will require star to code it in.

and the speakers are probably 2 ohms, maybe even dual voice coil.
Sorry but this was a bit of a mistake. If you want better speakers then go for standard aftermarket, but the install is custom... you have to fabricate speaker mounts

Yes, the speakers its a 2 ohm, with one voice coil.
This speaker work very well with NTG 2 audio, but i want more power
I ordered bose subwoofer and now expect to get it soon

well several members have given you opinions on using the bose speakers and difficulty in using old amps regarding the various MOST fiber optics. The bose system, and other hi performance OEM audio installations are highly engineered with low impedance VC to get more power out of 12 volts (my R320 Harmon Kardon has 2 ohm dual VC each driven by a separate amp) Plus various levels of equalization. You have to understand what is happening before you dive in. Have you at least found wiring diagrams for the old amp and your newer car?
The best of luck!
