Hi I am new here. My 2005 C2330K has a abs and ets light on. When I start the car it idles fine, when I start to drive it goes into limp mode. The car is a 6 spd manual so it moves and it kicks out of limp mode any where from 2 seconds to about two minutes. I went to my mechanic and he pulled codes - C1102 and C1114. I find titles for the code but no info on these for repair diagnosis . I did change the left rear wheel sensor with the C1102 code - but am lost where to look. All the info I find on Limp mode seems to deal with automatic transmissions. Love the car but nervous the limp mode will shut me down.

I would suggest getting the vehicle scanned by a dealer or mechanic that has SDS so you have more to go off of than generic ODBII codes.

Limp mode is an autobox function...never heard of it on a manual car. You definitely need DAS
