2006 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport Sedan
Display Malfunction
Ok guys I have a 2006 Mercedes C230 Sport. It's got 92k on it. Lately I've been dealing with a message on the dash that says "Display Malfunction" visit workshop. And then the electronics in the car will start glitching. Anyone ever had or heard of this issue before? And if so know of any fixes?

I have read a few threads discussing this type of problem. IIRC it could be bad battery, alternator, SAM module or light switch. Do a search on display malfunction, MFD problem, dead MFD and such varieties.
