Squeaking/squealing cold-start....

Greetings,

Recently I have been experiencing a squeaking/squealing sound which I believe to be a pulley and/or belt issue. The sound is only heard on cold-starts. I placed some belt lubricate to test it and the noise only got worse, it lasted for maybe 10 minutes then finally went away.

I took it to AutoZone to try and get a quick diagnose but they denied my efforts as my CEL wasn't on. My 2005 C230K Sedan has roughly 98K miles and I have never changed the idler pulley, nor any pulley except the a/c compressor 2 years ago. I'm not too sure when the last time the belt was replaced either.

I added a video clip to help solve the issue. Thank you very much for viewing!

When you took the cold start video did you happen to open the hood and listen and possibly look for the direction\location of the sound!!

I certainly did which is exactly what the video entails. I was hoping someone may have had this issue before so I could pin-point the problem rather start replacing unnecessary parts.
