Check Engine Light - 2002 C230 Kompressor

Hello Everyone,

I have a 2002 C230 Kompressor and have had the check engine light on for some time. The codes are as follows:

P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2

I have replaced the following parts:

Mass Air Flow Sensor
Both O2 sensors
EGR valve
Hose from the oil overflow to the top of the manifold

I also emptied the oil from the overflow area. I have failed an emissions test and am required to repair the vehicle. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

The catalytic converter? I'm not sure. I purchased the car second hand.

It's a brand new battery. The car is a little rough on idle, occasionally bouncing slightly when stopped.

Brand mew battery doesn't mean it's fully charged, nor properly registered.
Check it and we go from there

Shed some light with a little video!
I hate pin pointing in the dark.
If your battery is good, MAF & EGR got replaced
Your idle is jumpy ...
I would check/ replace
Catalytic converters
Check if the fuel filter & line's isnt/ aren't clogged.
Make sure you got GOOD, fresh, new gas in your tank.
If the problem still occurs do an compression test, might be the cyl. head gasket.

Thanks. I changed the fuel filter earlier this year but need to check the catalytic converter. That would be a costly replacement.

If you're not in CA, I'd suggest a Magnaflow cat if you need a new one. I used one for years without problem, and the price difference is huge.
