W203 Sedan Full Size spare question.

I'm installing a full size spare in my 2007 C280 4matic. I have the full size tire and wheel, in the process of getting the tire shell A203-898-01-07 and the tool holder A203-899-04-14 but I've noticed in some of the photos there's a gray circular felt pad that the wheel sits on in the well to protect the wheel [see photo below].

If this a standard Mercedes issue part?

Did the OP make it themselves ?

Anyone have a part number? I can't seem to find it in any of the online parts catalogs?

I would save myself the probable 35-50 cost, and just get some felt from a fabric store and cut it out (possibly use velcro to keep it in place). You could even get a color that makes more sense than the silly white does.
