Exhaust Camshaft Position Timing Forward Advanced
I have a 2007 Mercedes C280 I have to get to pass smog before the end of the month.
Check engine Light came on with the code reading P0024
what do I need to do to fix My Baby up.
It will drive fine, Then just sometimes it doesn't want to shift out of 2nd. So I stop the car Lock and unlock and she drives fine. I am New to Mercedes Benz
so any help is much Appreciated

Sell the car now and run away!!
Maybe I am overreacting
How many miles are on the car and have you checked your engine number yet to see if you are in the range of the balance shaft issues?
2nd I came across this and it looks helpful

If you go here http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/ and sign up for a free account (they do need a US credit card to verify your location) you can type in your vin and click on the car (the top right its called your datacard) and get your engine number as well as a ton of other fun stuff.
