Dash cam install 2003 c230 k
Hi, I have a 2 door 2003 c230 and I am the first owner. For insurance purpose I just got a dash camera and trying to hard wire it. I do not know which fuse to attach the wires on the driver side fuse box so it will only work when the car is running. Please help and thank you in advance

Is there a switched source to the rearview mirror in pre-facelift cars?
On facelifts there is a little bulb that is on when ignition is on. That would be a convenient place to tap into.

I tried and hard wired it to the fuse box in the engine. A bit tricky but worked. I tested and found a fuse that was switched. Thank you all for your help.
Now I will do the same on my E320 and the 330i bmw.
