Thanks guys. Glad you're looking out. I will find that 17mm under the pulley and take some images before I proceed. Just so I'm sure I'm turning the correct bolt

It's not even a bolt. Just a part of the tensioner. You can even slide a pin in there to hold it in the released position for ease of installation

Update
I finally received my parts and installed it Monday. MAF was replaced and seal ring that attaches the MAF to the elbow.
I also installed a new idler pulley. Belt looks very new so I just kept the new one as spare for now. Thanks Rocman8 for the pic. That helped a LOT.
Anyway, I read the codes before I erased them.
P0112
P0102
P0304
P0400
I drove the car following day, no CEL in the morning. In the afternoon commute, CEL came on. I read the code when I got home, it's P0400. I erased the code again and drove again the following day.
Same thing, no CEL in the morning, but it came on again in the afternoon commute home, same P0400. So I erased it again and now starting to search possible causes for this code. I've read anywhere from cleaning and/or replacing the EGR valve to as simple as replacing possible broken hoses. I'm not sure I understand how to check the EGR valve with a vacuum. Maybe someone who's done or who knows this can share the experience and hopefully direct me further. Car drives fine at the moment. Smog isn't due till next year but I want to get this taken of sooner than later. Thanks guys. As always, ALL your inputs are appreciated!
