2002 Mercedes C320 suspension

Hello, I recently purchased shocks and struts for my car but I'm not 100% sure if I bought the right amount. I got Bilstein Sport shocks and struts, 2 of each. I read at some places cars have 4 shocks and 2. Can someone please clarify for me the correct amount I'm supposed to have for both shocks and struts on my car? Thank you!

This is what struts look like:

The coil spring is part of the strut assembly.
You have two struts in the front (i.e. right and left side).

This is how shocks look:

As you can see, rear spring is separate from the shock absorber.
Two on the rear.
