Hey Buddy,
Are you really do surprised by these codes after hollowing out the PRIMARY cat? Do you realize how serious a mod this is? Not that there is anything wrong with it!

If I were you I'd change all o2 sensors, add a post cat o2 sensor spacer, and reset the Ecu?

Have no idea why you are getting misfires though, except you might have a big vacuum leak somewhere screwing up the firing!

Your o2 sensors are going nuts from the massive increase in airflow and catalyst!

Update Engine swapped

Hey guys I'm back haven't posted for a while but I just got my motor Replaced long story short I blew my old one this new engine is already giving me check engine lights for the O2 sensors as as well as misfire 2 cylinders. My mechanic has convinced me that once I get out to sensors and cats installed that my car will run right. I'm aware that my O2 sensors or fried do you guys think that could really be the cause of the issue on a new used motor that was just installed!! I would appreciate any feedback or advice you guys could provide.
These are my check engine codes
P0300
P2414
P0303
P0302
P0171
P2A00
