Secondary Air Troubleshoot.

Hey all,
Been getting an emissions code for weeks now. I decided to troubleshoot without any success. Expert opinion is appreciated.

1. I tested the air pump directly from battery & it spins without issues. I checked the plug (photo 1) using the multi-tester(car running) & no juice shown on tester(0.00). Dont know much about using a tester but I believe I got it set right I hope (DCV 20). I Put the red probe in +, black in --.

Photo 2: Hose seem to be worn out. No idea where the hose goes or its size or where to buy aftermarket.

Photo 3: I am hoping I replaced the right relay..Is there any other fuse I need to be looking at?

Don't know what to do next. Not much of an electrical guy. Any input is appreciated.

Got a test light. No juice going thru wire. Also I found 40A fuse#65 no juice when tested with test light. It does not look broken though. Don't know what that fuse is for & it it is causing the secondary air code. Ill replace it tomorrow & see what happens.

UPDATE: Replaced fuse #65. Checked fuse while engine is running. Test light beeped for positive power; however after a minute, I rechecked the fuse again...no juice. Is this even normal? I know the air pump only runs briefly at start, is that related somehow to the fuse?
I am tempted to buy an air pump. Maybe its about to go.

Need help...Anybody?
