My A.C. compressor runs only if I spill water on the radiator
I have replaced my compressor with another one but the receiver dryer was not replaced and the oil was not PAG oil(an oil used for Hyundai compressors). The first week the A.C. runs very fine but after that the compressor runs only if I try to spray some water on the condenser and radiator.
Sometimes the compressor works fine with out spraying any water but when I turn car off and star ignition again the A.C. blows hot air. I have tried to connect the compressor directly to the battery when it was not running but also remain not working until I try to spray water.
Is it my compressor or any other issue?
My car is C 180 (w203.035) model 2001

I mean spraying water on the radiator.
The compressor comes on immediately after that.
The electric fan is off when I start the car but it will be on the first speed after a while.
