intake manifold valve problem

intake manifold valve problem
Hello
I would ask the aid of hindsight, the advice as to what to do ...
Car of 2001 is a Mercedes C200 W203 2.2 CDI 85 kW
I went to controlbeacause of small oil leak from engine and the servise men spoke to me that the intake manifold flap damper rattles quite properly as lamb leg , another car cervice man talk that theres no way that oil is goming out there ... they told that a new intake manifold with valves costs 450.- and otherwise if I dont fix this probleb the valves fall in the motor and motor is broken ...motor still works fine,no smoke ,or other bad signs ... I have also heard that there will be "blind" flaps that is used such problem
