ECU

I have found One the ECU connector's pins broken off in my C240. I have driven the car for over 650 miles to get the readiness codes to clear off for the inspection but was not successful and that was a result of replacing the battery and the CSP. The EGR, the catalyst, the O2 sensor, and Evap are still NOT READY. Could that pin be the problem for that? The car has no other issues other than the fan sometimes start very loud even when the engine is cold....
If this could be the problem, Am I able to change the pin connector only without replacing the whole ECU to avoid the headache from reprogramming?
Thank you
