try changing pins if you can or surround pin sleeve with paper to add friction on the pin problem solved

Nice to see there's a more elegant Band-Aid fix for this (the original involved slipping a piece of toothpick in there like a shim), but it's still a Band-Aid fix.

Here is the proper fix.
