Anyone heard of Mopra? PWM Solenoid

Hi
I ordered this off of eBay, expecting genuine MB:

Mercedes 722.6 Trans. TCC/PWM Solenoid / OEM # 1402770435 / 52108314AB

And received an item made by the brand Mopar. Does anyone know if these guys are OEM for that part?

Thanks

Mopar is OEM for Chrysler. Since the Chrysler-MB marriage there are some common parts between the two brands. That part should be OK

Pulse width modulation. Yes its oem. Actually alot of oem mopar products will say mercedes on them too. Im quiet curious as to why you are buying this solenoid?

It's an educated guess... I'm driving a 400k-miles car and been getting some shift-delays and high revs between gears. I've been told by the dealer I need to have gear-expert "fix" my Torque, which is a hugely expensive operation. Then another MB mechanic told me 99/100 times the actual "fix" is just replacing that PWM solenoid..
So I'm going to try it out, along with new Trans-Oil and filter. Hopefully it'll help.

quick update: I got the Solenoid in the Mopar packaging but outside of it's pack it's an MB part by any measure - Mercedes-Benz carved on the actual solenoid, etc.
