Lowering 4matic cars**
alright guys, here's my question.
On the h&r website, they have sprigns for the c350 but it doesnt say anything for the 4matics.
so, if i order a set of the springs and get em installed on my car...will there be a problem, or no?
because i dont think the actual springs themselves have anything to do with the 4matic all wheel drive. ?
what do u guys think?

first of all, c350 4matic is NOT offered in US, therefore it will take some time for H&R come out with its springs.
from what i know, H&R offer different springs (height&tension) for BMW 3series between I and XI due to their weight, weight distribution, and height difference from factory.
nobody can guarantee whether it's going to work (installing non-4matic springs onto 4matic), but i can tell you that doing so, it will put more stress onto the shocks for sure.

i also have the pano roof which is makes the car heavier so im assuming it will sit just right!

i've asked this a few times.
how much lower are the h&r sport springs than the OEM Sport drop (which is about .75" if i remember correctly).. so how much lower are the h&r's than the .75" drop? anybody?
i feel like if the h&r's could lower my sport about .75" more than where they're at.. it would be perfect.. the sport suspension is okay, but just a tiny bit lower would be fantastic.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
I contacted Eibach, and the technician indicated the C 300 Sport would be lowered about 1/2 inch (which would be perfect in my opinion) because it already sits lower than the lux. I have always liked H&R, but the Eibachs are designed to be used with OE shocks and Struts.

Not sure if it's the same...but when I was trying to lower my W203 (2007) C280 4 Matic I couldn't use springs made for non-4Matic cars. I'd do some research before wasting the money
