Went to fill up my tank and saw this ugly thing in front of me, Took a pic for your viewing pleasure.

The back end looks like a Kia Optima!!!

What the hell are they thinking? Don't they run these designs through test groups first? Did they actually find groups of people who liked this?!

I saw it yesterday on the 405 freeway in LA. It was heading north and I was heading south. looks much better in person even at just a glance. most likely a MBUSA demo for some dealers.

Drives: 2011 or 2012 C Class? Hopefully
I think it looks fine in person. Like fine...this is a bad angle maybe? The C has some horrible angles in pictures, but ALWAYS looks good in person.

The E...It's been sharpened up... looks like it's targeted towards young rich people :P. The front is very aggressive.

Just a bit to wide for my taste, but it is a luxury sedan...

Trust me I've seen it in person from all possible angles, remember I took the Photo!!! and let me tell you I was really surprised Mercedes even made this a production car.
However I have to admit that I like the front end.

That must be a bad pic in the OP. The E modded by Kickerer just has the standard AMG body kit on the exterior and looks beautiful, IMO.

Rear end is bit too bulky .. but the worst part it looks like the 2002 Honda Accord or the current Kia.

I liked the overall look and the aggressive front end.

E class isn't really for old people....it's more for people too fat to fit in C class

E coupe is the way to go! The Kicherer & Brabus tuned sedans are also 'off the chain'!

No, it does not. It resembles the Hyundai Sonata due to the taillight shapes. I too am disappointed in it's looks but in the right color and with the right wheels I might be able get used to it.

If I had the eighty grand to buy it, that is.

Looks like an E250 CDI. That's the new 204hp 4-cylinder diesel.

Also notice the all-LED brake lights.
