Clear ECU Fault log
Hey Guys,
I've just recently fixed a problem with my 220CDI and i'm trying to clear the fault logs from the ECU.
I'm using the Torque app but it doesn't seem to clear the logs. Anyone have any information on how to do this?

Out Of Control!!
If you can't clear the fault,that usually means that you didn't fix the problem and the fault is still current.
Just for curiosity what module\s are you trying to clear??

Hey thanks for the reply. Turns out i was trying to clear the fault log without the keys in position 2 (just before start).
From my understanding it's typical for errors to remain logged until a request is sent to the ECU to clear them. Irrespective of whether the fix has worked or not. If the fix hasnt worked those codes pop right back up again.
