so you would not recommend magnaflow mufflers with the x pipe replace the resonator and a quad tip setup?

I have the magnaflow x-pipe with delete resonator with stock mufflers and quad tips. Sounds loud enough for me. You would notice the difference between that and stock. I'm thinking with their mufflers, it would be much louder?

It's hard to get then to sit right , just the mufflers and x pipe sounded pretty good but once I removed my cats it sounded terrible .

hit up an auto parts store and swap out the rubber hangers for longer ones, thats how I did it. I had to do it on the meisterschafts I have now, they wouldnt sit level no matter what. Only bad thing is you pretty much have to have the car on a lift, unless you can jack and jackstand it and slide under to adjust them.

you can also bang on the hanger arm a bit to adjust it a bit lower, but longer rubber hanger coupler works as well as jimmy mentioned.

I had them lower to begin with and really had no rattles but after I had them adjusted the rattles got way too buisy . Also since I have straight pipes with the headers the car is just too loud with those mufflers on . I put the stock resomater back in but still an issue . I think for my purposes throwing the stock mufflers in will be a win win . Less drone , more back pressure .
