Start W204 after repair C180K

Ok guys really need your help here W204 C180K was involve in an accident, the car was repaired and engine had to taken out in that process.. After all was assemble, the car was not taking the keys anymore, you could not hear that vacuum noise and no turning to start was possible. but lights and accessories were working.(keep in mind that after the accident, the car was starting and only airbag errors where showing) We sent the car to the dealership, and a quote just came for about $ 4300, Descriptions, no part numbers but: as such 1.Green Key 2.Steering Lock control unit 3.Switch 4.Blue Key I explained that the car was all ok after the accident, dealership replied "these are the errors showing on STAR" i did ask how could this be, they replied maybe during the accident, which doesnt make any sense to me for the fact that, it was ok before Any luck on those people understanding those to give me an insight on this? also can this be done not from a dealership? Any other options? Thanks for your help guys

Have you checked if you have any blown fuses?

thanks Domm, SAM was check, all is ok, Rear Sam unit is also ok, but didnt check Prefuse box,next to battery. could this be it when airbag are deployed ?
Or check on Picture to advise where, thanks again
