12V Cigarette lighter in glove box does not work
Hey All,
question I have 2010 c300 the 12v cig lighter in glove box does not work but the light inside does work. I checked the #71 fuse in the trunk as recommended on this website and it is not blown. What else could be wrong. Trying to avoid taking off work and taking the car into the dealer for warranty work for something that can be a quick easy fix

2009 C350 Sport w AMG 2 package
Front outlets not working
Both of the outlets (ashtray and glovebox) are not working and never have since I got my 09 c350 sport. Also no fuses in the trunk. I just had the battery replaced, any ideas?

2008 C230 Plug fuse (rear).
For REAR plug, it's not # 71, but #76. Same column just 5 above #71 (fuse holder @ trunk, right column, 5th from top). Blue 15A. On the MB's list it's under "Socket rear". Seems to, that Germans like to call plug or cigarette lighter plug "socket"..
So if you have problem with other plugs or "sockets", beside #71, check # 72 "load compartment"... wonder if this means "glove" compartment, also check #9 (fuse in the engine compartment), also #78 (not sure for what plugs these maybe).
Btw. all the other cars I have seen, have the layout of fuses printed right on the back of the fuse box cover, MB does not, neither in the user manual. They just stick a piece of paper with the fuse list at the 5th wheel and if you lucky, you may still find it there when you need it, but really, who would be looking for it there ? I keep my printout with user manual.
Cheers
