2012-13 SYPDER(chrome) HID Projector Headlights for Black C300
Just had these installed on my car yesterday. As far as I know, these are the ONLY aftermarket choices available for 2012+ C class cars. I can understand if the styling isn't everyone's cup of tea. But, because of the relatively low cost involved and the ease of obtaining/installing them, I think that these headlights are a great improvement over the (unbearable)halogen lights that come with SO many of these cars.
The headlight set cost me $469. I had to buy the ballasts, capacitors, and HID light bulb separately. The whole thing took about an hour to install with two experienced mechanics.
FYI there's only one other thread where you can see pics of the aftermarket lights(the car in that thread is white) (https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...hts-c-led.html).
**This is just my personal experience, but I used autotrader.com and looked at many dealership inventories and COULD NOT find a c300 with a lighting package. I don't know what's going on there but it just seems to me that most people did not opt to get the lighting package when purchasing these cars. That being said, the only option for me was to A) live with the halogen lights, B) pay an inordinate amount of money for a retrofit, or C) buy the only aftermarket bi-xenon headlights available.

I know you just got these and good job and updating your look. But maybe on down the road, I would consider forking up the money for these:

I think you may even negotiate a price on alibaba.com to one of the manufacturers for around $800-900.

Those look just like the OEM ones, I'm convinced, now I just have to convince the fiancee to let me splurge a little more on the car..haha..for now though it's easier to live with the SPYDER headlights than the halogen ones.

No, unfortunately I didn't, I got the OEM ones. So now I am having to wire everything up myself, and without a garage, it's been too cold to finish up my project. It's a big pita, I would have just bought these too had I known how much easier it would have been. But I got the OEM headlights for a really good price, so I can't complain too much.

the headlights might be cheaper but that doesn't mean it makes the car look better....the led C is too big and makes it look bad unlike the oem version where it looks classy.
