how much is this c250 worth?

i am new to the mb forum so i am sorry if i post this in the wrong place

i am thinking about buying a 2012 arctic white with black interior c250 sport sedan (19k mi)and the dealer wants $25k
it has the following options with it......COMAND Single Disc Package, iPod/MP3 Media Interface Package (iPod/MP3 Media Interface Cable), Premium 1 Package (4-Way Power Driver Lumbar Support, Heated Front Seats, SIRIUSXM Satellite Radio, and Split Folding Rear Seats), Sport Package, Sport Sedan Package (Avantgarde Line, Sport Body Styling, and Sport Suspension), and Rear Spoile

when i called the dealer and they told me this is not a cpo and the previous owner had 1 problem and that is there was a software issue so the car only go 40mph but after the "software update"(done by mb) the car is normal now.....

so bottom line...is this a good buy or what do u guys think the value of this car is

thanks in advance

What does the Carfax say? Was the 10k/1 year Service A completed on time?

That's not a terrible price for a 2012 C250 Sport with P1 package and 20k miles. Around here in anyway....

Did the dealer say why it's not a CPO? Is there an issue that prevents them from certifying it?

It sounds like it could have been a lemon law buy-back so maybe it doesn't qualify for CPO. The car should have the balance of the factory warranty, though. I'd check into that before pulling the trigger.

if it helps you gauge any, I just bought my 2013 Diamond White C250, 9k miles, CPO with Sport package (956), Keyless-Go, Premium 1, Media package, and lighting package for $33,500. Yours doesn't sound like a bad deal.

I would stay away from it if it was a buyback. There must be some annoying problem with it for them to buy it back.

Yikes. Yah, stay far far away from a buy back. Not even if it were super cheap.

this is what they said...........Thank you for the call about the 18,000 miles White C250 that was reaquired based on California
consumer laws. It was a issue of car would not exceed 40 miles per hour. Was given software
update and it perfectly fine.

In other 49 states, would be only a warranty issue. However, California states you have right to
buyback from Mercedes-Benz. Problem was addressed and it is like any other 18,000 miles car.

Cannot be certified by Mercedes-Benz but you have balance of factory 4 yrs or 50,000 miles
withever come first. No deductible with100% parts and labor covered on covered items.

Lots of other cars out there. Its a big risk, and they might not be telling you the whole story.

I'd look further away. A one way plane ticket isn't that much compared to even a couple repairs. That the one at Carousel motors? They appear to have 2 white c250s at that price. You set on a c250?

i want a 2012 c250 with multimedia package(gps, back up camera). p1,(heated seats) and if it hav other options that would be a plus and my price is prolly no more than 30k after all the fees and tax
