ESP Inoperative - Limp mode

First time posting on these forums, however i constantly am reading them. Ran into some trouble with my 2008 C300 Sport . The ESP has been inoperative for a few months as i replaced it, but was saving some money to take it to the "stealer" to see if they can reprogram it since it was a 2nd hand unit.

Long story short the car was driveable, but a little jerky with its shifts i am assuming because the ESP is not active.

However this week doing about 60- it dropped into a limp mode, Rev's limited to 1500. Have to reset the car to get it back, but will usually quickly go back into limp

Had the codes read by an autel they are as follows.

U0428 - Something with the steering angle sensor

P1916 - MAP sensor implausible value

P0872 - Torque calculation of control unit has malfucntion

P0427 - Right 02 sensor after TWC malfunction

P2313 - Torque control malfunction

Anyone had any experience with these particular codes? i am scared i am about to drop a fortune at the dealer as they already swindled me into buying a new ECU which was not neccisary. to the tune of $1300. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated m8's

Do you have a good/newer battery in the car?
