LEDs broke off in head lamp...what to do?

I replaced all the lights in my C interior/exterior about a month ago. All of them have been working fine, except my eye lids happened to stop working perhaps after two weeks. Well in my head I just thought, well since I replaced my battery recently maybe something in the computer triggered something and I just need to take them off and put them back in. Well come to find out. Not one....but ALL of them have broken off into my head light. Perhaps they burned out, but are the supposed to break apart? I just that find that really weird. (explanations?)

But as of now, Im just leaving them in there until I get some new ones because I don't want that error message popping up. But can anyone tell me how I could possibly get out the other broken pieces? Maybe a vacuum?

These LED's look cubed shaped. Perhaps the circuit board overheated and melted. Because both of these broke in the same place at the same time.

Question, how long have you owned your c350 and where do you get it serviced. I'm going to try German Auto Works on Plano and Buckingham. My ac compressor is no longer working.

I bought mine in Houston about 3 months ago. The dealership I bought it from said when it time for it to be serviced just take it to them and they'll do everything for a cheaper price. (although its a bit far from me lol) So I don't need to get it serviced for I believe another 7000 miles from now...so I have a little time to reconsider where i'm gonna go. By all means if you have the heads up on a good connect let me know. (besides paying the ridiculous Mercedes dealership prices that is)

Long nose pliers. I ordered some LED some like china and one of them broke just like that. I sent in the photos and the guy gave me my refund (really nice guy) but I just used pliers to pull them out.

PS where did you get your leds from?

I bought them off eBay, I believe they were like from Hong Kong as well. Got like 22 of them for 25 bucks! Maybe I'll try contacting the seller...

Lol I have the same problem. I've tried endless canbus LEDs and sooner or later they always fail so I reverted back to standard bulbs. I also have a few loose LEDs in my headlight and I think the gum and straw might just work...

Luckily I just contacted the seller and he said just send him the photos and he said he will get on to replacing them...hopefully he will send me more than 4. And wow that must be frustrating. Considering trying the ones everyone suggests on the forum. they're about 20 bucks for only 2 of them though.
