Actually, total cost for upgrade was hmm, lets see
Steering wheel 550, sold old one 395, total cost ebay
$150
Fenders, ebay $275 Hood $799 + paint on hood and fenders $1200 ebay + local shop perfect paint match Total cost on hood + fenders with paint
$2275
Rims with tires Ebay
$1200
Xpipe $30 + tips $345 + carbon fiber splitter $275 + install $100
$750
FaceLift headlights
$339 + DRL $345
Total Cost of all upgrades
5059 + Car cost 23500
Total Cost
28559
Looks similar to a 2014 c63 with a cost of around 50,000 used? Cost less then a C63, Better gas mileage and I like the pre facelift interior with folding screen. Luxury interior fully loaded. and It doesn't get me in trouble
I have the C63 grill on the way, so add 183 to that.

So Let me start off by saying, I really wanted a C63. Here is the picture of the before.
I Started Modding the car. First came tint and a spoiler. It sat for a while and i still wasnt happy, So I went full facelift C63 on it.
CURRENT MODS:
FaceLift DRLS
FaceLift C63 LOOK hood
W204 Duraflex Morello Edition Fenders
FaceLift Headlights
FaceLift Steering Wheel
FaceLift Tail Lights
Carbon Rear Diffuser
E Class AMG Tailpipes
Rear Fin
X Pipe Mod
TODO:
ECU Flash
C63 Grill
Illuminated Sills
Get paddle shifters working
Get carbon fiber lip spoiler in the front
MAYBE:
Get Carbon Fiber bumper flairs for the back

Don't take this the wrong way, but the car screams "eBay special". It's a collection of aftermarket parts thrown together without much "design" behind it.
The worst part is those E class tips. Squared off tips just look so off on the w204 and don't work at all with the fin diffuser. you might want to lower the car to maybe tie in all these aggressive upgrades a bit as it just looks really OFF.
As for the SAs at the dealer thinking it's a C63, I can tell you most of them don't know anything about the cars they're servicing. They're glorified salesmen secretaries, so don't flatter yourself.
With all that said, the most important thing is that you like your car and enjoy it. If you do, what difference does it make if some random people on a forum think about it?

not to sound mean, because i hate negativity on this forum but there's a difference between doing mods because you like the looks of it and doing mods to make it look like something that it's not. If you like the mods you do, more power to you BUT trying to make it look like a c63 cuz you can't afford one is pretty much the same thing as putting AMG badges all over your car. The most important part of a c63 is what's under the hood.
people think my car is a c63 all the time but i tell him no it's a c300.
it's kind of like people just buying a pre-face lift car (cheaper) and do a face lift conversion and tell people it's a 2014 :O

Like everyone else has said its your car you do what you want to it im not insulting your tastes but in my opinion you really should have kept your factory headlights those headlights dont belong and also the quad tips dont go along with it either if you put the AMG style tips that are on the pre facelift AMGs then it would look much better everything is pretty cool. Btw i like your hood though did you have any problems installing it?

Everyone has an opinion, but I think the car looks just fine (especially if he enjoys it!). Nice work.
The only thing I really do not like are the headlights, though. Reason being is that not only do they look nothing like the facelift headlights (the inner "C" is huge, for one thing), but they look very cheap and IMO cheapens the appearance of the car. It just looks like a bad replica and your original stock headlights look much nicer IMO. That being said, check out the DEPO headlights now offered by UniqueStyleRacing if you want a much truer OEM facelift look. Fantastic replicas that are also plug n play, but not 100% how/if they would work on a pre-facelift car.
cheers!
