Adding LED strip to eyelid on prefacelift headlights

Does anyone know a good quality white LED strip (similar to what they use on Audi's) that I could retrofit into my eyelids on my prefacelift C350? I want to do away with the stock 4 bulbs and use a single LED strip in each. I know it has been done, but I couldn't find much information on what to use. I don't want to buy some cheap Ebay LED strip for $10.00 that will burn out in 3 months or start to flicker on and off. I am going to be opening up my headlights to paint them black and I want to do this one time and have it last for years.

Also, I am a little tired of the cheap LED's I bought on Ebay flickering. I don't know much about wiring LED's and what will and won't cause error codes, and what will and won't flicker, so I hoped someone could give me some insight on how I will need to wire these when I install them so they won't cause error codes, and won't flicker on and off or burn out prematurely.
