Missing cap? (Pictures included)
Hope everyone is having a terrific day!
So as I was looking around, replacing my lamplight bulbs, I noticed that this part (on the right side when you lift up the hood) looks like it's missing a cap. Possibly the same cap as the one I circled??
Can anyone tell me if it's crucial to have a cap on this? And if so, does anybody know where I could buy it?
I realize I could just go to the dealer, but I don't want to go through the hassle.. (sort of lazy as you may have assumed lol.)

It's just a missing dust cap for your AC service point. It isn't going to kill your car, but you don't want dust building up and then getting forced in next time you have an AC service

it's pretty common.
Because it isn't an essential component, if a mechanic is under the pump to finish services quick, it's easily forgotten. I must have a collection of twenty of the buggers sitting in my toolbox...as I service cars with missing ones I put them back on...unless I forget
