Looking to buy a 08 Mercedes C350 or a 09 Jag XF Premium (see pics below). Need some help making a decision so thought I would start a pros & cons list. I understand the Jag is more comparable to the E class but I can get the C350 for about a grand cheaper which will allow me to use the extra money to customize the Benze C63 style.

C350 Pros:
Easier to customize
Cheaper to repair/find parts
Better gas mileage
Easier to park
Less blind spots
Better Interior
Hold value better

C350 Cons:
No nav
No backup camera
No fold down rear seats
Less leg room

XF Pros:
Faster
Drives better
V8 sounds manlier
Fold down seats
More room
Awesome touch screen Nav & Radio
Backup cam
Mood lighting

Cons:
Cheap looking interior seating
Harder to park
More blind spots
More expensive to fix
Harder to find parts
Worse gas mileage
Harder to customize

Sorry to be redundant as I have a similar post but my question on opinions was a little too vague. Appreciate any thing you can add to the list(s).
