C63 seats in c220
Ive just fitted c63 fronts seats in my c220 and ive got warning messages up from the neck pro headrests Can anybody help me to get over this ? I've read on here about resistors but I've got no idea where to put them I even don't mind taking parts from the old seats to clear it , and my old seats weren't full electric I have no buttons on the door card so I can't move them at all ! It's turning out to be a knightmare of a job

What a job !! I couldn't get the full electric c63 seats to work at all so I stripped out my old seats and the c63 seats and used the c220 base frame and wiring with neck pro then reassembled using c63 back and seat pad so now I've got fully functional manual back and forward c63 seats with electric recline ! And no error messages on the dash because I took the neck pro solonoids out the headrests and zip tied them under the seat out the way so nothing's different electrics wise !! A LOT OF WORK but well worth it .

C63 mod
No I removed the lower seat pads with the 2 torxs bolts underneath then the seat pads just lift off and all parts are interchangeable then remove the plastic side covers just 4 small torx screws which makes access to the 2 large torxs bolts holding the upper part of the seat , then disconnect the wires from the upper part and unbolt and remove , remember to remove the head pro solonoids from the c220!seats the bolt the whole upper part of the c63 seat to the c220 frame connecting the c220 electrics (air bag and reclining motor ) and leave the connector for the head pro solonoid hanging under so you can connect it and zip tie it under the seat then replace the c220 plastic side covers and replace the c63 seat pad on the c220 frame and then your done ! And remember to remove the seat occupancy sensor from the passenger seat or your have airbag lights on the dash , sounds quite simple writing this but IT WAS A LOT OF WORK ' but it really needed doing as there really comfy seats ! Oh and I forgot to say I didn't connect the motors for the 3 buttons to adjust the side bolsters ! I couldnt figure that out as I only have basic skills and i couldnt get the back of the c63 seats off to find the wiring going to the motors
