leaving for a road trip from NY to Fl
Hi Guys Friday I will leave for Orlando from NY for a road trip! which is going to be about 1000ml, beside checking engine oil coolant level tires pressure what would you do for it? would you buy a bra to protect the car from rock chips? I will also wax the car to protect her from bugs or anything else

Was 2400 miles total, did a 1000 mile day in both directions, car was flawless.

cool! I just bought engine oil to bring with me and the bra for the bumper and hood hopefully will come by thursday

Be safe! You are already doing to Florida....keep driving and go to the Keys! 
Curious...is your M272 using oil? Is that why you are traveling with extra oil? If it's using a lot, you might consider checking for leaks. They aren't known to use a lot of oil. 10k service intervals, and you KNOW most people never pop the hood even once during that time.
