They appear to be your standard overseas wheel. I would say the price is on par with the quality, and no that isn't pertaining to finish quality (although I think some are hit and miss), I would say more manufacturing quality.
I wouldn't say I am a brand ***** either, but I would doubt they go through much testing in regards to structural integrity like others do. Thus why most of those are pretty damn heavy to comp for lack of stress testing to ensure the spokes don't bust out on you when you hit a pothole.
I saw those too, and have been looking for the originals that they replicated those from.

I wouldn't say that. For the price point it's tough to beat. But my guess is they are likely pretty heavy. Look good too. The reason they are priced so low is just because they are likely cheap to manufacture overseas.
