Just had P2004 code fixed yesterday and it just came on again with other codes.

I literally just had my car in the shop the past two days to fix two codes, one was the P2004 (I could see where the throttle actuator on the intake manifold was broke so the local German auto mechanic used a kit to replace it) and the thermostat was stuck in the on position. The thermostat was replaced without issue. I was driving around today normal, no goosing it or anything, and the CEL comes on so I pull into the Autozone to get the codes. Three codes come up, P2004 (same light that was coming up before I fixed the runner flap), P0015, and P0410. Could any of these be related to the work I had done? I also had it in the dealership the day before yesterday and had a service A and transmission service. I've spent $1700 on my car in the last 3 days. I can't take much more of this. Any ideas?
