Smile Considering going from 12 c300 to 12 e350...questions?

So I've been a proud owner of 2012 c300 for a couple years now. The car is pretty basic other than the nav and rearview cam. Great car so far but I came across an awesome e350. It's white and fully loaded. Lighting pack, lane assist pack, premium 2 pack, pano sunroof, rear spoiler, and 18" amg wheels. Basically everything I want in a Benz lol
The car has 32800 miles and looks like just came out of a lease owner. It's listed for $37900 and is CPO. Here are my questions:

1. Is this a good move since it's a 2012 with 32k miles on?
2. What's the lowest I can ask for? I know I can get off $1500 easily lol
3. I know 2012 w212 has a new engine with more power, anything bad with the engine so far or things I should keep in mind?
4. How much more the CPO adds to the warranty? 1 yr? 10k miles?
5. Finally, any suggestions, thoughts, advice is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the going rate of the E class. The CPO will give you up to 5 years from delivery date or 50K miles whicever comes first. I purchased a CPO C class and in my excitement (first MB) neglected to look for the lighting package, AMG package & pano roof. If I could do it over again I would definitely try to get an E class with the options you mentioned
If it's within your price range I would say go for it.

1. It's a good move in my opinion, it sounds like 12-15k per year.
2. Ask for at least 10% off, show your cash in envelopes. The money will talk by itself
3. I have no clue on that, try to ask the w212 members
4. It adds additional 1 year and 50k miles / unlimited miles, I think it used to be 5 yrs / 100k miles, I got mine 5 yrs / unlimited miles
5. find one with sport trim, the one that has big star on it's grill, it's super cool i think!!

CPO warranty is an additional year (for a total of 5) plus unlimited miles. You can also buy up to 2 additional years with unlimited miles for a total of 7 years from the time of the original in-service date of the vehicle.
