Probably not necessary. As an alternative, try a couple of tanks of gas with Techron fuel injector cleaner added. Unless your injectors are severely dirty this should be all that is necessary. Dirty fuel injectors will cause rough engine idling.

Techron is available at Costco, Walmart, and most major auto parts stores.
