The size range is from 10mm to 30mm.
After double checking the applications the spacers that are listed in this ad will fit the W204 C250. If you have any additional questions I can answer please let me know.

What size and how much do you think I would need to make 17" on a 08 luxury? I'm very interested in these especially since there is a few car meets coming up next month.

The spacers will only push the wheels out in order for them to sit more flush with the fenders.
So it depends on the offset on the stock wheels and how far you want to push them out. Just remember you will probably need extended bolts if you are going for a flush fitment as the spacer will add too much for your stock bolts to secure the wheels safely.

What is the shipping time? I"ll proably order some today or tomorrow but I need it in about two weeks for some car meets.

I bought a set of H&R spacers from ECS Tunning. They were very helpful with my array of questions & I got my spacers/bolts in three days. I got 10mm front and 20mm spacers (forgot to take photos of them) (had to buy longed bolts as well). I am not going to get rims anytime soon but I wanted a "wider" look so I went with spacers on stock 17"s. I think they really make a difference and turn a few more heads.
