Can anyone recommend a shop to do work in or around Charlotte, NC?

I've tried calling a few places here about simple things like installing my rear diffuser and quad exhaust tips and they seem completely baffled about working on a Mercedes.

I know there are a few members in NC so hoping someone might know a place.
