Vinyl wrapped a bit of trim.
Yes I know haters will hate and would only settle for $2000 worth of genuine carbon fibre but the wrap cost me less than $10 and after following the MCcarbon PDF for removing the trim 2 hours later I have this.
To be honest I only gave it a bit of a go and didn't expect much. I'm more than happy with the result. I'll do the door card trims at the weekend when I have more time.
Apologies for the quality of the photos. Just a couple of quick snaps on my phone.

Looks great! Where did you purchase the wrap from? I wonder how well it would look on ash interior.
UPDATE:
Bought some cheap wrap on amazon. This will be my next project.

I have done the same. One roll doesn't cut it if you do the door pieces too. But it makes it look so much better. Especially if you have the light wood like the C350 pre-fl.

Great job! I am doing this as well except i'm doing the center shifter pieces in black and the rest in gloss carbon fiber.

Thanks for the kind words. I have now wrapped the door trims. I followed the removal guide for the door card than one of the MBworld members had written.
His was a pre facelift. The facelift is the same with 2 exceptions. There is a third screw holding the door card on. As well as the 2 under the arm rest there is one under a cover behind the door handle ( shown in photo )
Also on the pre facelift the long trim strip used to be held on by screws. On the facelift it's held on by spring clips. The best way to remove these is using a forked trim tool and then easing the clip of in a left to right motion. To put the clip back on put a small socket over the clip and tap them down again. Again shown in the photos.
The seat adjustment panel is held in by one torx 20 screw in the back. Remove this then poke the screwdriver through the hole to push out the panel.
Enjoy.....

Looks GREAT! Very professional result. I was honestly wondering how it would look with vinyl as opposed to real carbon fiber because at least for w204 2012+ interiors I can't seem to find real carbon fiber interior kits, only for the interior style up to 2011.
I'll be honest I'm not going to vinyl wrap my interior pieces but not because I don't think it looks good. It just seems like way more work than I'm willing to do. And I'm sure a shop would charge me about $500 to do the whole job so I don't want it that bad.

Just got a quote to have done - but GF brought up a point so now I'm hesitant was hoping someone can give input.
If I do so, what is likelyhood something will rattle? Once you take piece off of interior, are they difficult to get back on? Are they as snug?
Any input?
