and ya its only when the car is cold but when the car is started on a warm day its almost a buzzing noise coming from the same spot so will see

SOOOO after a long wait they did confirm that it is the air injection pump. they could not go off my video so I had to leave the car there overnight such a pain. So I get if fixed next week as MB sucks for service appointments This process has taken longer than expected to get fixed. This is the one thing I hate about MB it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment and even more if you want a car to drive while yours is in the shop (3+weeks)
