Hello all,

I was looking for a Mercedes in my area and I happen to find someone who has a 2010 Mercedes C300 Sport for sale. I check it out, drives great and interior is pretty clean. Dissapointed there's no Navi...

He has the 10k, 30k, and like ~50k maintenance papers from the Mercedes Benz dealership. Also new windshield and tires.

Car looks great. Has 51,000 miles on it.

Here is the thing, it was in an accident and there was reported structural damage to the frame I believe, it says that on the carfax. The title is clean though, not restored/salvage.

Should I purchase this car? I talked him down from 15.5K to 14K. He seems like a honest guy and this was his wifes car who got a 2015 C300. I need you guy's opinions

Oh also, he told me the alleged accident was prior to his purchase. He bought it with about 10k miles. The dealership he got it fixed it up. The accident was in the rear right side of the bumper. That's what he says at least.

Thanks, newmbmarko! That's what i've always thought too but the price is pretty damn good, that's the only reason I am considering it a little.

ya I've bought a old 1999 c230 kompressor was in an accident never buying an accident car again just my personal opinion to many problems occurred after wards even though it looked fine and fixed properly i think i put 3 transmissions in that car and god know what else take your time I'm sure youll find another good deal again this was 7 years ago not recently i drove it until i found a 1995 volvo beater then bought my 2012 that i basically stole from the dealership probably the deal of a life time
