Thoughts on leaving the C300 outside?
So my garage is fairly large but I can squeeze my Cadillac Escalade in there with my C300 but it will be an extremely tight fit.
If I leave the black exterior/black interior car outside, will the exterior and interior become damaged over the summer? Utah summers are extremely hot too.
If not, what are some other options to keep the car away from sunlight/heat?

With a black car it will get extremely hot, especially on the interior. Our cars are designed to withstand the extremes, but I'm sure over time the plastics and electronics will take a beating. Tinting your windows and using a windshield sunscreen will keep your interior cooler. If you don't drive your car that often you could put a car cover on.
Be sure you don't have any large trees near where you park outside as tree sap, bird droppings and pollen may get on your car.
You could build a covered carport next to your garage if you have the space.

If you're going to keep a car outside, regardless of color, make sure it's washed regularly, so that the elements don't eat away at the paint. Don't use a carwash - even the brushless ones are rough on the paint. Use a clay bar treatment to remove all the contaminants that accumulate over time, and then wax the car. It won't be as good as garaging the car, but it will preserve your paint. I do this for my W203 C240, and after two years of being outside, the paint is still smooth, and shiny. It takes work, but it's definitely worth it. As for the interior, get the windows tinted, even if you get a light tint, you can find one that blocks damaging UV rays.
One day, I hope to be able to get my C240 back indoors, but in the meantime, I've been able to keep it in good condition.
