Clicking noise???

Clicking noise???
Hi all,
i have this weird clicking sound coming from which appears to be the front drivers side wheel (RHD). it is intermittent but it appears to be happening more frequently now.
It can be heard on braking but even when stationary it can even be heard.
The weird thing is I find when I switch on the AC, it kind of instigates the noise to start (it is intermittent)
Any idea of what this could be?

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like a bad wheel bearing---lift the problem wheel only--put hands at 90 and 180--then with a push\pull motion do you notice any side to side movement!!
