On the 722.6 in later production they stupidly removed the TC drain & brought in the flushing procedure which is in the Wiki (dumb beancounters to save a few cents & turn the job into a nightmare). I have yet to see a 722.9 without a TC drain. I suggest you take a look yourself.

UPDATE i called MB corporate got them to check the vin and proper service for the transmission AND GUESS WHAT they missed the TC i'm waiting for a call back as the kind specialist emailed me the work order and also CC'ed the service desk and the manager.

Update 2
Appointment Friday MB London wants me to be there to see if there is a TC drain spot... if there is they will change it but it seems like they are still fighting it. I guess i have to lose another morning of work for this when it should of been done on the 20th... Like i had to wait a week on there mistake its ridiculous and frustrating when from day one i said change the TC. WILL see what happens i guess. SMH

I have attached a diagram from the EPC-Net that shows a TC plug. It's from my 2011 C300 but your should be the same.

i have a question for all of you does anyone have a picture of the actual plug not diagram form i want to jack up my car and visually see it so they don't dick me around again

After 3m45s in this video it shows the location of the torque converter drain plug access port and how to turn the crank to expose the drain itself. Hope that helps!

Update can't wait for what they say tomorrow they said they want me at the deanship so incase there is no TC drain they can show me even though Mb canada looked up the vin emailed them and said there is one and I've actually seen it now thanks to all the help this should be good

The receipts look accurate. Price/procedure. That is a normal MB 722.9 trans service. Call any dealer and inquire in depth, you'll find this is what they do.

Well they apologized even though it seemed like they didn't make a big deal of it/care and did the PROPER service. so thats the good news I'm still upset about them lying and playing games but what can I do if I complain they might F my car up next time I go in for service.
