Currently have 2013 C350, searched the forum as well as the web and couldnt find any real answers. I went to start my car after 5 days of not driving and the car started just fine, but the lcd screen along with the speedometer, tach, fuel and temp gauge do not work at all. Also when no indication of turn signals working either. ( Outside check does confirm that they still work) Any thoughts? Still under warranty and have a deal with the stealership wednesday but rather resolve it on my own. thank you for the help!

Nah, dude I have no idea. But if the car is still under warranty just take it and have the stealership fix it. Better they mess something up, and have to fix it again than you attempt to fix it only to void your warranty in the process.

Yea, Ill probably end up doing that. They said they will check it out for 145 and hour if its not under warranty, seems like this should be covered? :/

Yes, if the issue that is reported is under warranty then the troubleshooting for said issue should also be covered under warranty. If they're already giving you flak, I would start looking around for better MB stealerships that has a better record with customer service.

I would then report that MB franchise to MB America Corporate for non-compliance of a manufacture warranty. Only if you want to see them burn though lol

May be a blown fuse, but fuses don't usually blow for no good reason. I agree with the others that the dealership should look at it. I can't think of a reason it wouldn't be covered.

fwiw I had an 08 C300 in with a similar issue. only difference was occasionally the backlight would work but cluster lcd and all gauges were dead. power and ground to cluster were good, and no communication with it was possible. replacing the cluster resolved the issue.
